We hope you’re all doing well with the constraints of our current lives, that you’re staying safe and healthy, and we’re happy to be a part of your healthy living. Fortunately for us, the farm offers lots of ways to be outside and enjoy the coming of Spring. It’s beautiful here. Everything is green and the animals are enjoying fresh pasture. We have also watched the lambing season go well. We have eight little lambs. Two sets of twins—one set born last night—and among them, one preemie baby, who is doing very well. The greenhouse is filled with little sprouts of herbs and flowers, and many small plants have been planted out into the fields, including my favorite—chamomile—that is almost ready to bloom.
Starting Wednesday, April 1, TurkeyTail Farm will be at the North Valley Plaza (near Trader Joes) Chico Certified Farmers Market. The market is from 7:30 AM-1 PM. TurkeyTail farm will have duck eggs, $5 pre bagged oyster mushrooms, and very soon, flowers. Hope to see you there.
We of course are taking orders for pork and lamb for delivery on Friday, April 4th. Please let us know no later then Thursday, April 3rd if you would like a delivery April 4th.

Pork:$10lb. bacon, ground. $8lb: ham slice, ham hock, pork chops.
Lamb: $14lb: leg steaks, lamb roast/shoulder roast, small and large loin, leg bone, o bone, neck bone.
Herbs: Generally Genovese $5, Herbs de TurkeyTail $6.
Bath Bombs: sm:$3 med:$5 lrg:$8, lavender, eucalyptus, rosemary, lemon verbena.
Hydrosols: 2oz-$12: Bay Laurel, Eucalyptus, Lemon Verbena, Lemon Balm, White Sage, Lavender, Rosemary.
